We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Outdoor Education Gap Assistant to join our Outdoor Education team in 2026. This casual position provides a unique opportunity to spend time supporting students through a wide range of outdoor experiences while developing valuable leadership, teamwork and organisational skills.
Working alongside experienced outdoor educators, you will assist with programs including hiking, canoeing, surfing, snow camping, rafting and environmental activities. You will also help prepare and maintain outdoor equipment, support camp logistics, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Outdoor Education department.
